Admissions Policy for City Invincible Charter School
2013 – 2014 Academic Year
1. Complete and submit a City Invincible Charter School Enrollment Application
An individual can obtain an application online from the City Invincible website, requesting one be mailed home, or picking one up from the school in person. An individual can submit this completed application by mailing it back to the school or dropping it off at the school during regular school hours. Upon receipt of your application, City Invincible will contact you with a Lottery Number. Please keep this number safe as it will be used during the posting of lottery results on the website. In the lottery, City Invincible will publicly draw lottery numbers for as many spots as there are available in the incoming K-6 grades. All students whose number is randomly selected will be announced and staff will be on hand to begin the enrollment process and schedule enrollment appointment. All remaining students at this time for any filled grade will be placed on a waiting list. City Invincible Charter School will continue pulling lottery numbers at random until an opening in any grade is matched with a lottery number. For all applications submitted after January 31st, 2013 City Invincible will select applications on a first come, first serve basis. No student will be accepted, however, until all students from the waiting list mentioned above have been offered admission first. No preference will be shown to siblings who apply after this deadline.2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR APPLICATION
2. Return required documents by deadline if selected in the lottery in order to hold your spot at City Invincible Charter School.
It is important to understand that being selected in a lottery is only Step One of being enrolled at City Invincible. The next step involves submitting the required documents by the proper deadline or your spot will be forfeited. If selected in the Lottery, you must submit all documents directly to the school in person (no mail or faxes accepted) by 3:00pm on March 8th if needed. Failure to meet this deadline forfeits your spot at City Invincible. No exceptions will be made. You may re-apply and be assigned a new lottery number, giving your family a spot at the end of our waiting list. The required material to continue the enrollment process will be provided to you at your enrollment appointment by the main office at City Invincible Charter School.Send your completed application(s) to:

Students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students accepted into the school will be required to submit a registration packet and attend a registration meeting. All information on this application will be treated as confidential.
